Teatro del Silenzio is a wonderful location, immersed in nature and full of art but, on the concert day, the traffic jam and parking for this particular venue, can be a problem: we are ready to help you with the optional transfer service (shared* or private round-trip transfer avaialble). To experience all the flavours and taste of Tuscany we suggest you to complete your journey with a pre-concert dinner in selected restaurants not far from Lajatico and during your stay indulge in a pleasent visit on a local winery for a tour or a tasting!

Please notice that access to the Teatro del Silenzio is complex and based on your ticket category and transport method: VIP Ticket Holders drop off/pick up point is at about 300 meters from the theater and cannot be reached by buses. The drop-off/pick-up point for the "Other Categories" entrance is approximately 800 meters from the theater for cars and small vans. For large 50-seater buses, the pick-up point after the concert may be located up to 2 km from the theater.

Disclaimer & Event Policies
- Non-Refundable: Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather, the show will be postponed to July 24th, 2026 for the first date and July 26th, 2026 for the second one. No refund can be requested due to the postponement. Spectators who cannot attend the rescheduled show on July 24th are not entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Interruption: Should the show performance be permanently interrupted after at least 40 minutes from the start time, spectators shall not be entitled to a refund.
- Agency Liability: Enjoylive Travel Srl is not responsible for any claim, damage, compensation, loss, or expense deriving from the cancellation, postponement, or change of the event.
- Force Majeure Refund: In case of a strike announced by Theatre management and/or in case of 'Force Majeure' (such as earthquake, natural disaster, or a performer illness), Enjoylive Travel shall not be held responsible for the event cancellation and will adhere to the organizer's conditions. In any case, in the event of a refund, only the face value of the ticket will be returned.
- Children Policy - Age 6 and Over: Children over 6 years of age must be in possession of a full-price ticket/ Under Age 6: Children under 6 years are free of charge if they sit on their parents’ laps.
- Spectators with reduced mobility or disabilities who wish to attend the show in the seats reserved for them by law (which vary depending on the venue) must send a request to require those kinds of seats. Once the maximum number of seats available by law in the area specifically designated for a show have run out, the organization shall not be able to fulfill subsequent requests for the same show. People with reduced mobility or disabilities can only attend the show from within the reserved area, which can be accessed upon the purchase of a special ticket, in accordance with the procedure described above. For personal safety and protection reasons, spectators with reduced mobility or disabilities in possession of a valid entry ticket, yet for a sector other than the reserved area or other than the ticket type that is expressly intended for these types of seats, shall be prevented from entering the event venue.
- We would also like to remind users that given the unique location of the venue intended to host the event, as well as the natural features of the road, which make it impassable to cars at the end, we do not recommend attendance at the event for anyone who has motor difficulties or is in poor physical health, or anyone who should avoid exerting themselves. In any case, people who decide to come to the event venue to attend the show shall do so at their own risk, without any liability on the part of the organizers. Should such physical conditions onset after the ticket has been purchased and before the date of the event, the purchased ticket cannot be replaced or refunded, nor can the person request to be relocated to a different seat within the venue, other than the one indicated on the purchased ticket.
